SACO Projects Signboard
Created: 11 December 2024
Latest update: 7 April 2025
Approved: If a project is listed as approved, it signifies that PTCP has reviewed and approved a project plan, and the Project Team (usually a SACO Funnel or institutional member) has started their work.
Queue: If a project is listed in the queue, it signifies that the Project Team has completed their work. These projects are now waiting for action from PTCP. Projects in the queue are listed with the date added; depending on capacities in PTCP, projects may need to remain in the queue for a number of months until they can be scheduled.
Scheduling of projects is not done on a strict "first in, first out" basis; this means that projects are not scheduled according to when they are added to the queue. There are a number of factors PTCP considers when planning the schedule, including project size; connection to PCC strategic directions; and amount of labor required to complete all facets of project work.
In Progress: This status indicates that PTCP has formally scheduled the project to an upcoming list. Projects in this category are shown with their list number. Projects will remain "in progress" for a period of at least one month to allow for public comment on any proposed changes.
Processed: The list for the project has been approved and published. Other related aspects of project work, e.g. BFM, any necessary updates to instructions sheets, etc., may still be in process or scheduled for completion at a later date. Processed projects will be rotated into the SACO Projects Archive at the end of every fiscal year.
