2026 Editorial Meetings (quarterly)

Editorial Meetings will be hosted by the Policy, Training, and Cooperative Programs Division on a quarterly basis in 2026. These sessions are an opportunity for public discussion about tentative proposals scheduled to any open list. Surveys will be distributed in advance of the meeting to solicit recommendations on potential discussion topics. As always, we encourage list comments via email to [email protected].

Editorial meetings will require meeting registration. Please watch the Library of Congress Vocabularies Announcements Newsfeed for information on how to propose meeting topics and how to register.

All office hours will be virtual and are scheduled on Fridays from 11am to 12:30pm Eastern Time.

2026 SACO Office Hours (hosted by the SACO Volunteer Trainers Group)

SACO Office Hours for 2026 will be hosted by the SACO Volunteer Trainers Group. Office hours do not require registration and will be advertised on SACOLIST. There will typically be a slate of presentations offered by volunteer trainers; attendees will have the opportunity to contribute questions in advance using a shared Google doc (linked in SACOLIST announcement).

All office hours will be virtual and are typically scheduled on Fridays from 1pm to 2pm Eastern Time.
