Instructions for DIY Printing: Print file using Adobe Reader on heavyweight (e.g., 80 lb. cover weight or 216 g/m²) 8.5 x 11" (letter size) paper. Color printer properties: select letter size paper; print 100% scale; "auto-rotate and center" or "auto portrait/landscape"; print on both sides; flip on long edge. Check double-sided registration before printing large quantities. Cut bookmarks from full sheet 1-2 mm inside printed border to account for slight imperfection in printing registration.
