American Association of Law Libraries – Founded in 1906 to promote and enhance the value of law libraries to the legal and public communities, to foster the profession of law librarianship, and to provide leadership in the field of legal information.
CENDI – An interagency working group of senior scientific and technical information (STI) managers from 14 U.S. federal agencies.
Federal Agencies Digitization Guidelines Initiative (FADGI) – Started in 2007, this is a collaborative effort by federal agencies to define common guidelines, methods, and practices for digitizing historical content.
Association of Specialized Government and Cooperative Library Agencies (ASGCLA) – A division of the American Library Association, the premier destination for ALA members to find information and build capacity to serve populations that are served by state library agencies, federal libraries, armed forces libraries, specialized libraries, library cooperatives, library networks and cooperatives and library consultants among others.
GreyNet International – GreyNet is dedicated to Research, Publication, Open Access, and Education in the field of Grey Literature.
International Council for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI) – Offers a unique forum for interaction between organizations that create, disseminate and use scientific and technical information. ICSTI�s mission cuts across scientific and technical disciplines, as well as international borders, to give member organizations the benefit of a truly global community.
Military Libraries Division (DMIL) – Brings together members from all U.S. military services, Canadian Combined Armed Forces, international military services, DoD agencies, contractors, vendors, academic institutions and anyone with an interest in military librarianship.
National Digital Stewardship Alliance (NDSA) – An outgrowth of the National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program (NDIIPP), the NDSA is a collaborative effort among government agencies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and businesses to preserve a distributed national digital collection for the benefit of citizens now and in the future.
