Products/Services Available Through the FEDLINK Contract
Eigennet's services are supported by its proprietary AI/ML platform, Doc2Data.ai, provided at no additional cost during the term of the FEDLINK contract. Developed and maintained in-house and hosted in a NIST SP 800-53–aligned AWS GovCloud environment, Doc2Data.ai augments professional staff by automating preprocessing, classification, metadata extraction, validation, and quality checks. It can be customized to specific library schemas and authority files, exports in non-proprietary government-owned formats, and supports surge throughput without additional infrastructure while the government retains full ownership of all data and deliverables.
Eigennet offers federal libraries, information centers, and archives a full range of professional and technical library support services across both on-site and off-site delivery models. These services include:
- On-site library support and staffing: Cleared, NARA-trained library professionals supporting management, public services, reference, instruction, outreach, circulation, interlibrary loan, and shelving/stacks management, scaled to task-order requirements.
- Library systems management: Support for Integrated Library Systems (ILS), Library Management Systems (LMS), and Library Service Platforms (LSP), including configuration, maintenance, security-compliant administration, and project-based system migrationsand upgrades.
- Cataloging services: Full-level and copy cataloging to PCC standards using RDA, LCSH, LCC/DDC classification, and MARC 21 encoding via OCLC Connexion, MarcEdit, and agency ILS platforms, with authority control against the National Authority File.
- Metadata services: Descriptive, structural, administrative, technical, rights-management, and preservation metadata creation and validation, delivered in non-proprietary, government-owned formats (XML, JSON, MARC 21) in compliance with NARA, FADGI, and 36 CFR Part 1236 requirements.
- Physical processing services: Accessioning, property stamping, barcode and spine-label application, circulation-card preparation, protective covering, fastener removal, security-strip/RFID encoding, and chain-of-custody inventory control.
- Data services and digital preservation: SQL/Python/R-based data management, normalization, and visualization; custom scripting for metadata extraction and legacy-schema mapping; and NARA-compliant digitization workflows (PDF/A, OAIS).
- Web and Section 508 accessibility support: Development and maintenance of library websites and research portals, and accessibility remediation of digital assets.
