The Year In Review
Special Issue: The year 2003 at the Library of Congress saw significant anniversaries of established programs (CONSER and the U.S. Newspaper Program) and the start of important new initiatives, such as the National Recording Registry. Throughout the year, staff and management continued the Library's important work in service to Congress while offering international leadership on a number of fronts.
