Nov. 29, 1777-June 17, 1778.
Note: Removed from Philadelplhia--where it had been published
under the title Dunlap's Pennsylvania packet, or, The General advertiser--upon
the occupaction of the city by the British. The first Lancaster
issue was that of Nov. 29, 1777; the second was Dec. 3, 1777, and
thereafter it was published weekly with extra issues on Mar. 9,
May 23, and June 6, 1778. The last issue published in Lancaster
was that of June 17, 1778; publication was resumed at Philadelphia,
July 4, 1778.
