28, 1798-Feb. 26, 1800+
Note: Continuation of the Litchfield monitor (1781),
and also continued by the Litchfield monitor, starting with
the issue of Aug. 27, 1794. Title again became The Monitor between
the dates of Feb. 28, 1798-Feb. 26, 1800. Continued as The Farmer's
monitor, starting with the issue of Mar. 5, 1800. The Monitor
finally ceased on June 8, 1803.
