National Book Festival Presents

The Library of Congress National Book Festival now includes the yearlong series of events – National Book Festival Presents – featuring high-caliber authors, their books and related Library treasures.

Authors will be featured in conversation during special evening programs at the Library.

National Book Festival Presents author events are free to the public, though registration is required. Updates on programming, ticketing and book sales will be posted to this page as they are available, and you may also subscribe here to receive email updates.

The 20th Library of Congress National Book Festival will celebrate “American Ingenuity” in 2020, featuring the creativity and inspiration of some of the nation’s most gifted authors in a reimagined virtual festival the weekend of Sept. 25-27.
