In partnership with Library units, the COO’s mission is to provide efficient and effective infrastructure services that support all aspects of the Library’s mission.
Achieve best practices and optimize support of Library requirements through methodical operations, continuous improvement, and innovation.
LOC Learn is the Library's new learning management system that is replacing LOC SkillPort and the Online Learning Center (OLC). With LOC Learn you will have a single system to access both online learning activities and instructor led training classes. You will also have a single transcript where all of your historical LOC training resides and all of your new training will be recorded.
LOC Learn works best in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer (IE) currently does not show the buttons on the top menu bar. With IE you can still access most features from the main options on the home page, but Chrome and Edge will show everything. We do not recommend using FireFox.Home Access- LOC Learn can be accessed from home. Click here for instructions.
Transcripts- LOC Learn has been loaded with all historical activity completions from both LOC SkillPort and the OLC. You now have only the one LOC official transcript in LOC Learn.
