Senior Leadership Development Program
Program Overview
The Senior Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is designed to provide continuous learning and development opportunities for senior leaders (GS-14s, 15s and Senior Level Executives (SLs)). The program enhances the competencies necessary for effective leadership at the senior level, including the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) along with additional LOC-specific qualifications. The SLDP includes two program components, one open enrollment component and one cohort component.

Leadership Knowledge Center- The Leadership KnowledgeCenter targets business professionals who have had little or some involvement in leadership roles, work in a leadership capacity, or have several years' leadership experience. Government Leadership Advantage- The Skillsoft Government Leadership Advantage Home Page is targeted at mid- to upper-level executives, aspiring executives, leaders, and other high potential employees. Each learning track offers a combination of learning assets providing multiple modes of instruction.
