VIRTUAL PROGRAM

Violinist Augustin Hadelich plays with an undeniable maturity beyond his years and an artistry reminiscent of classical music’s Golden Age. Named Musical America’s Instrumentalist of the Year in 2018, Hadelich has consistently established himself as a performer of poise and virtuosity. He will present a mélange of short works, including two Paganini Caprices, Debussy’s last composition (the sonata for violin and piano), followed by Beethoven’s monumental “Kreutzer Sonata." Hadelich is joined in recital by “impressive pianist” (The New York Times) Orion Weiss.
