This event will be held during the ALA LibLearnX Virtual Meeting
Join us for an update on the developments around BIBFRAME and hear about major advances with important tools. The new Library of Congress editor is being refined to get ready for “BIBFRAME 100” and focus sessions are helping in the development of a manual and training – and the new editor finally has a name. The Share-VDE project, a collaborative endeavor for a data pool that uses BIBFRAME data, has had a search interface developed for BIBFRAME/RDF data that gives end users and catalogers interesting flexibility. And Stanford is moving toward a BIBFRAME-based ILS implementation in its work with FOLIO, illustrating the flexibility needed in newer systems.
