Subject Headings
Limerence
Since "limerence" is such an obscure and little-known term that does not even appear in most general dictionaries, and since its synonym, "infatuation," is well-known and commonly understood, the meeting changed the proposed heading to Infatuation and added the UF Limerence.
Webcam models
Although headings have been created in LCSH for models in particular age, gender, and ethnic groups, and for models who work for particular groups of people, such as artists and photographers, there is no precedent for creating headings for models who appear in a specific medium or are photographed by a specific type of equipment. Since the meeting did not wish to establish this new precedent, the proposal was not approved.
