Cone penetrometer
Since this is a specific type of penetrometer, it is not appropriate to change the existing heading Penetrometer to Cone penetrometer. Instead, the heading Penetrometer has been updated to the plural form Pentrometers. A separate proposal may be resubmitted to establish the heading Cone penetrometers, if that heading is needed.
Trials (Procuresses)
The heading Trials may be qualified by types of crimes, not by classes of persons. The heading Trials (Pimps), which was cited as a pattern for this proposal, was an anomalous heading and has been cancelled. The heading Trials (Prostitution) should be used for trials of pimps, procuresses, or prostitutes. The proposal was not approved.
