Deverill Valley (England)
It appears that the Deverill and Wylye valleys may be two separate valleys. Additional research is needed to determine the relationship of these place-names to the River Wylye. If there is only one valley, it is generally preferable to base the heading for the valley on the established name of the river. The proposal may be resubmitted.

The heading Distributive justice is authorized for subdivision by place. The subdivision --Developing countries may be used under the heading. The proposal was not approved.

This place appears to be an extinct city. It should be established according to the instructions for extinct cities in the Subject Cataloging Manual, H 715. The proposal may be resubmitted.
Tell el-Maskhuta Site (Egypt)
The proposed form of the heading as an archaeological site and the proposed BT reference from Extinct cities--Egypt are contradictory. If this is an archaeological site the appropriate reference would be Egypt--Antiquities. If this is an extinct city then it should be established as such using its name.
