Forest management involves managing forest plants; it is not an external phenomenon to forest plants. The proposal was not approved. Instead, a UF Forest plants--Management is being added to Forest management.

The proposed heading is for one of several stages in the Oslo Nye Teater, a theater complex in Oslo, Norway. According to instruction sheet H 1334 sec. 6 in the Subject Cataloging Manual: Subject Headings, component parts of complex structures are established under their own names, but with the name of the complex structure included in the qualifier before the geographic location of the complex structure. A proposal was added to the list for the theater complex Oslo Nye Teater (Oslo, Norway), and the submitted proposal was approved as Oslo Nye Centralteatret (Oslo Nye Teater, Oslo, Norway).
