That authority record should be deleted, and the building should be established as a subject heading. A proposal may be resubmitted to establish a Cutter number for the building under DR739.

This proposal was withdrawn from the list because a new proposal is being prepared to add --Miracles as a free-floating subdivision under individual persons. That proposal will appear on a future list.
Cultural relations
Since cultural relations are a type of international relations, the BT International relations is an appropriate reference. The proposal to cancel it was not approved.
Insanity
The proposal to add the UF Insanity--Law and legislation to this heading was withdrawn because a proposal is being prepared to cancel the existing headings Insanity and Insanity--Jurisprudence and replace them with the new headings Insanity (Law) and Insanity defense. That proposal will appear on a future list.
Runaway teenagers
Homeless teenagers is not an appropriate BT for this heading, since the two headings represent different and not necessarily hierarchically related concepts. The heading Status offenders is intended to be a legal heading rather than a sociological class of persons. It does not seem desirable to list as narrower terms under this heading particular classes of persons who may happen to fall into the category. The proposal to revise the reference structure for Runaway teenagers was therefore not approved.
