Radio broadcasting, South African
Headings for radio broadcasting with national qualifiers are used for broadcasting outside the boundaries of the country but under the auspices of a particular country or directed toward an expatriate population. Broadcasting within a country is expressed by using geographic subdivision. Since the work being cataloged discusses radio broadcasting within South Africa, the appropriate heading would be Radio broadcasting--South Africa. The proposal was not approved.
