Library of Congress Opens Renovated Thomas Jefferson Building with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The Library of Congress marks the official reopening of the renovated Thomas Jefferson Building with a brief ribbon cutting ceremony in its new Visitors' Center, located at the west ground floor of the building at 10 First Street S.E.
