The Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) Secretariat presents 26 webcasts as a portion of an online course created and intended for Spanish-speaking independent AACR2 Name Authority Cooperative Program (NACO) participants who are making the transition to RDA: Resource Description & Access for authority work. The course consists of filmed lectures, hands-on guided sessions, online exercises, and follow-up Q&A webinars, with a brief review period following the successful completion of the modules. Speaker Biography: Paul Frank is cooperative cataloging specialist in the Library of Congress Cooperative Programs Section. He trains catalogers in name authority practices nationally and internationally and is actively working on the transition to RDA: Resource Description & Access.
Speaker Biography: Ageo García is a NACO regional trainer on the staff of the Howard-Tilton Memorial Library at Tulane University. He is an experienced translator of bibliographic standards, a well-known speaker on cooperative cataloging initiatives, and a tireless promoter of international cataloging standards.
