The Library's Electronic Resources Online Catalog has been accessible both on- and off-site since September 30, 2010. Learn more about this valuable research tool that provides expanded access to Library of Congress licensed databases, indexing and abstracting services, and full-text reference resources, including electronic books, serials and staff-recommended free resources.
Speaker Biography: Donna Scanlon is the Electronic Resources Coordinator for the Library of Congress. She served as a reference librarian in the Science, Technology and Business area before being named to her current post.
