Description: 全国报刊索引 (NICNP) is an index to articles appearing in over 16,000 newspapers and periodicals published in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan since 1833. A monthly publication, NICNP is divided into Humanities & Social Sciences and Natural Sciences editions and indicates which library in China has the periodical or newspaper. The database is arranged by subject, but also provides author, name and citation indexes. NICNP is updated regularly with an average of 3,500,000 new entries every year.
