A night washed away in brushstrokes; Smeared stars across a faint black sky. While a faceless crowd walks about underneath, Absentmindedly unaware of the melting night. Believing time goes on in the cyclical manner it always has. Reassuring themselves that Monday follows Sunday. Blissfully mindless of tonight’s dripping moon Puddled into a glass And toasted down to midnight
