In the terraced garden rising behind his home on the Bosphorus, the Hon. G.B. Ravendael [i.e., Ravndal], American Consul-General in Constantinople, points out the Giant's Hill (or Goliath's Hill??) over on the Asiatic side and in the shelter of it the huge tanks of Standard Oil Co.
