Transition Plan

For: Digital Talking Book Distribution Analysis. Task 4 - Transition Plan (Final Report : August 12, 2006)

NLS awarded a contract to ManTech International Corporation in 2005 to evaluate distribution options for a digital talking book library system. The work included that options analysis and a recommended option, based on a decision matrix that used a set of fixed and variable values that applied across options.

Links to sections of that report and to a list of its 3 appendices appear at the top and bottom of each section.

The appendices are in spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) format. When you follow a link to an appendix, your computer will start Microsoft Excel and will open the appendix in that application.
