(Mar 10, 2009) On February 6, 2009, the Mexican consuls in Little Rock, Dallas, and Kansas City and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency signed an Accord to Repatriate Mexican Nationals. The accord provides measures to deport Mexican children, women, and disabled individuals safely.
