(Mar 02, 2008) In its meeting on February 18, 2008, the Kuwaiti Council of Ministers condemned the eulogizing in one of the local Shiite religious places of gathering (Husseiniya) of Imad Mughniyah, a military leader of Hizbullah, in a ceremony attended by two Kuwaiti Members of Parliament. After the meeting, the State Minister for the Council of Ministerial Affairs, Faisal al-Hujji, indicated that the competent authorities are taking the necessary legal action, describing Mughniyah as "a terrorist with innocent blood on his hands." (Mughniyah Is a Terrorist and His Eulogy Is a Provocation, AL-QABAS, Feb. 19, 2008.)
