FLICC Telework Resource Site
On April 29th John Berry, the new Director of the Office of Personnel Management, announced his plans to expand the use of telework throughout the federal government. Click here for more information.
In addition to assisting staff in balancing their personal and work lives,
telework can be effectively employed when agencies are faced with a
disaster or health emergency. Critical library functions can continue
to be performed while employees are not present on-site.
On this site, FLICC Human Resources Working Group has developed a resource
for telework policies, procedures and best practices that can be referred to
by federal agencies as they implement or enhance their telework programs.
