Knowledge Transfer Resources
As part of the pilot Phased Retirement Program, the Library established a Knowledge Transfer Working Group to identify internal and external resources to aid phased retirees in performing knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer is important in every unit as it helps ensure the procedures and best practices of a job are captured and passed on to others. These resources are meant to give employees and supervisors guidance and assistance in identifying learning activities to ensure the transfer of critical knowledge and skills from one employee to others.
