Distribution of the 2000-2003 Cable Royalty Funds (Docket No. 2008-2 CRB CD 2000-2003)
The rebuttal phase of the trial to determine the Phase I share of the Canadian Claimants’ Group to the 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 royalties collected under the cable statutory license began on Tuesday, September 1, and concluded on Wednesday, September 2, 2009.
The parties will now prepare their proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, which are due to be filed on Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Their replies to disputed findings of fact and conclusions of law are due to be filed on Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Their joint consolidated agreed and disputed findings of fact and conclusions of law are due to be filed on Friday, October 16, 2009.
