Patricia C. Wrede

Patricia C. Wrede started writing in seventh grade but did not begin work on her first novel until after graduating from college. She has written and published 20 novels, including all four books in the Enchanted Forest Chronicles as well as the middle grade novelization of the “blockbuster film” Star Wars: Episode One: The Phantom Menace. Her most recent books are Sorcery & Cecelia (Harcourt paperback, 2004) and Grand Tour (Harcourt, 2004). Ms. Wrede lives and writes in Minneapolis.
