Author Biography

Frank Bielec

Frank Bielec

Frank Bielec, who considers himself to be a "work in progress," is one of eight designers who appear regularly on Trading Spaces, the top rated decorating show and #1 rated Saturday night series on cable TV. He has degrees in art and has held a variety of jobs ranging from elementary school teacher to florist. When he's not painting murals on Trading Spaces, he's involved with Mosey'N Me, an art and needlecraft company he runs with his wife, Judy. His designs are featured in two books published this summer by Meredith Books: Trading Spaces Color and Trading Spaces Custom Touches. Mr. Bielec lives in Texas.
