Author Biography

Daniel Schorr

Widely acknowledged as an elder statesman of American journalism, Daniel Schorr has actively covered world events for six decades, from his early days with Edward R. Murrow and CBS, to a new job at a fledgling cable news network called CNN, and, finally, to National Public Radio, where today he is a Senior News Analyst. His most recent book is Staying Tuned: A Life in Journalism (Pocket Books, 2001).
